What is my IP Terms of Use

The Tool shows the public IP address your device uses to reach our website, its approximate location and some details about your browser and device. Location is estimated from the IP address and is often the location of your internet provider, not your own.

You must not use the Tool, or anything it produces:

• to try to identify, locate, track, stalk, harass or threaten any person;
• to scrape, overload or automatically query the Tool or its API;
• as evidence or proof of anyone's location or identity.
• to break any law in India or your country, or to help anyone else do so;
• with bots, scripts or automated requests that overload or misuse the Tool or the website.

You alone are responsible for how you use the Tool and its results, and for checking that results are right for your purpose. Results are produced automatically and may be wrong or incomplete.

The Tool is free and provided “as is”, without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, K2 Web:

• is not responsible or liable for any use or misuse of the Tool or its results, by you or anyone else;
• is not responsible for the accuracy of any IP address, location or device information shown;
• is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, claim, penalty or consequence arising from the Tool;
• gives no promise that the Tool is accurate, secure, error-free or always available.

You agree to indemnify and hold K2 Web harmless from any claim, loss or cost (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Tool or your breach of these terms. Our total liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.

The Tool may change, pause or stop at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
