Age calculator Terms of Use

The Tool calculates the time between a date of birth and another date in years, months and days, plus totals and birthday information. It follows the usual calendar method; some organisations count age differently.

You must not use the Tool, or anything it produces:

• to misrepresent anyone's age or create false age or eligibility records;
• as proof of age or eligibility in place of official documents.
• to break any law in India or your country, or to help anyone else do so;
• with bots, scripts or automated requests that overload or misuse the Tool or the website.

Exam boards, employers, courts and government schemes may calculate age in their own way (for example, counting from a specific cut-off date, or treating 29 February differently). Always follow the method in the official notification. The Tool is not a substitute for it.

You alone are responsible for how you use the Tool and its results, and for checking that results are right for your purpose. Results are produced automatically and may be wrong or incomplete.

The Tool is free and provided “as is”, without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, K2 Web:

• is not responsible or liable for any use or misuse of the Tool or its results, by you or anyone else;
• is not responsible for any application, eligibility decision, deadline or legal matter based on the Tool's results;
• is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, claim, penalty or consequence arising from the Tool;
• gives no promise that the Tool is accurate, secure, error-free or always available.

You agree to indemnify and hold K2 Web harmless from any claim, loss or cost (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Tool or your breach of these terms. Our total liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.

The Tool may change, pause or stop at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
