We count full years, then full months, then the remaining days between the two dates, the same way you'd count on a calendar.
Change the “Age on” date to the date you need, such as the cut-off date in an exam or job notification.
In non-leap years we count your birthday on 28 February. Some official bodies use 1 March instead, so check their rules if it matters.
